Walgreens Internship

[Pharmacy Intern]

Hi,
I am a graduate student and I am elgible to work from june 1st on my OPT. Walgreens is not accepting my OPT stating that retail pharmacy internship is not related to my major. I know all the graduate from my school used their OPT for their internship (in Rite aid & walmart)
Walgreens is telling that they will do H1 and I can work only from october 1st.
Any body else faced the same problem and is there any solution for that?

It all depends on the needs of the district, if they are giving you a problem I say go with another chain.
