Naplex from Newyork

Hello Everybody

Planning to take Naplex before internship from New york.I have checked with New york board.They mentioned that i have my college fill a form 2 and submit to them along with transcripts.Do they need the same transcripts as we submitted to the FPGEE or they need just the mark list. Any experiance/advise/precautions for properdocumentation is needed.Please let me know.Anyone who has gone through it can shed more light on it.

hi kollu,
i did this long ago but as long as i remmber they need verified copy of your pharmacy degree awarded from your university (the official one not the marks list) in native language with translation.
