please ,can anyone explain (CPR-5 edition)

The effects of food and antacid on the bioavailability of antihypertensive agent were studied 24 men, using a three-way crossover design .the results of this study are summarized (table below).compare with fasting, what results did the study show?

2. The antacid significantly increased the extent of systemic drug absorption
3. The high fat breakfast treatment decreased the rate of systemic drug absorption.
