Extension of Ohio Internship license

Hi, I need to have my Ohio internship license extended after it expired for over half a year. I wonder if anyone had the experience that can help me?

Have you been in touch with the Ohio State Board? and if yes, what did they say? Bill McMillen who is in charge of internship licenses is very helpful and you can contact him via e-mail (probably the best as he's quite a busy guy) or phone and both these contact details are on the NABP website under the state boards.
