I heard about signing bonus on this forum. After we get our license. What do you know about that?

A lot of companies offer sign on bonuses,some even before you get your phamacist license.
They vary from $10,000 to $30,000.

Sign on bonus is an inducement to attract pharmacists to areas where noone is willing to work. These places are usually small and remote places.
