Hi NONOSH
I'm having an interview with riteaid soon. Could you please tell me what is the interview like with them? What kind of questions they ask? Would they give you test on your pharmacy knowledge? Please could you share your experience? Thanks a lot. And also, the salary they told me is a lot less than 33 USD. I think you are pretty lucky with that pay. Good luck. |

I have the same problem with Kaiser in CA,they want to pay me 22.50 /hour where a grad intern gets paid 42/hour. But I am looking at it temporary, soon we will all be earning pharmacist's salary. I know is not fair but just go for the experience, also Kaiser offer very good benefits and are part of union. |

I totally agree with you,I need the money too but I am looking ahead and trying to be patient ,I know many people who have been looking for intern positions for months with no luck.So I can myself lucky. Soon we will be earning a lot more. My hospital job pays me so little but it has been a great experience, actually one of the best ones ever. Best of Luck |

In the internship application form you will be asked when, where and for how long you will be doing the internship. You will also be required to to inform the state board about the completion of your internship after you are done with it.
I think you need to find a position first and then file the intern license application. And by the way, your work supervisor is required to sing the form, so yes, you need to find a job first. |
