Dear Sir/Madam,
I would really appreciate if I can get soem advice regarding H1B visa.I am not sure if this is the right place.If No I am sorry If yes here is is my query.
I am working for a consulting firm on H1B for a client for last 2 years.During my term I got a new profile within client with extra duties and responsibilities and more specialised area but with same place and client.Should I apply for H1B amendment.
2) If I dont apply and I get hired by my client will they be able to transfer my existing H1B to a new one with changed role.
