Hi all,
I heard that there are some colleges in INDIA which are offering a 1 year program so that u can qualify for FPGEE and I have already seen a batch coming out and writing FPGEE. Try calling some one in INDIA who has very good knowledge and I will post if I know any. |

Well ... may be it is possible if some one has studied 5 years curriculum at a stretch. I mean if some one graduated with a four year degree in 2007 and soon after took the 1 year additional course to fulfill the requirement and finally graduated with a 5 years degree. I know universities usually cancel the previous degree if you take this route or ask you to complete 5 years although you never had taken admission in 5 years.

I don't know if it helps. I worked with Indian tech for a year. She also has a Green Card and she wasn't eligible for FPGEE due to her 4 years education. So she tried to get into the pharmacy school in California. I don't know the name of the college unfortunately. But they accept foreign credits. However, there is a painful exam you have to pass. So she tried twice with no result. I have to admit her total was good, I believe around 89 or something. But due to the volume of applicants and aplicants performance she didn't make it. So, she decided to become a researcher and entered into the good college somewhere else for two more years.
