WV Intern requirements

Does anyone know if West Virginia will give deficiency letter without social security number?They seem to only grant intern license but not deficiency letter. Please does anyone know?

I just sent all the documents needed. It is stated on their website. They just issue a deficiency letter. They are very fast. West Virginia Board of Pharmacy had sent me a letter a week after they received my application. So, you can still make it.

I would like to know though if the letter states "deficiency" letter in the body of it or if it says checks with immigration etc. etc. I have applied and received a letter but not sure if that is the deficiency letter as it did not state that specifically.

Hi little sarah! I think we received the same letter. It also says something about US-CIS. It also did not state 'deficiency letter.' I think that is already what we need. Are you also applying for rite aid in west virginia? I am still waiting for an interview with them but until now, janette is not sending an email about that.
