Has Premium processing been used by this company.

Hi there! I was petitioned by Kruse for Kroger Tennessee. I still don't know if it was filed thru premium processing. But I think, most employers are filing thru premium processing. I really hope that the cap won't be reached til mid april... I've been praying so hard for that. Good luck to all of us!

Hello everyone! Since there is no lottery, we are all waiting now for our receipt notices. To all those petitioned by Kruse, please give us updates on the status of your h1b. I will also share any updates regarding my petition. I learned that Kruse filed thru regular processing so it will take time before we know if our applications are approved. Please give us updates so that we are all well informed of what's the latest on each one of us. Again, good luck and God bless to all!

I heard that there are less than quota . So everyone will get H1 this year if there is no mistake in application.

I'm still waiting for that receipt. I hope that I will also receive it the soonest time. Wait... why is it advanced degree? Is that really for pharmacist intern applicants?

I was informed that they already received my receipt notice yesterday.
