I saw 2 threads for Walgreens and RiteAids but none for CVS. Does it mean no one was sponsored by CVS for the upcoming fiscal year?

I will be graduating from an US pharmacy school this May and moving to San Diego to work for CVS. I hope they will sponsor my H1B next year. When should I start the paperwork? Should I contact my district manager or my college recruiter? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The HIB quota opens only in 1st April, but if you are graduating this May, maybe the quota might be open and you could apply as of now only 44000 visa's in the general quota have been filled. It is mostly done by the DM for CVS in your area. This year and even last year CVS sponsored very few H1B visa's.

Do not know what will happen next year as the immigration rules keep changing.

Hey, I am also sponsored by CVS under Masters quota, regular processing. Did not hear anything from the lawyer yet? I wonder how some of us already made through under regular processing!

I applied for the h-1b visa (CVS-FL) using regular processing and got my receipt number a few days ago. The status says case received and pending…Any idea how long from this stage for regular processing to get the Approval Notice. Thanks in advance.
