guys i am running out of patience.nothing yet from rite aid. do they usually wait until way down in the month of june or july to give rejection notice? or do people still get approval at that time? I am im limbo so please help me somebody.

What do u mean,u haven't heard anything from riteaid?
Has thy case been approved by uscis and do you think riteaid received hard copy of thy approval...

thanks kilode, believe me , i am trying to keep hope alive. Evilchemist, the only thing i got from rite aid is my receipt notice, nothing more. the USCIS website says "case received and pending". people in this forum with batch number 144 and 145 etc already received their approval notice. mine is 144 but nothing yet. maybe i just need to relax and give it some time. I spoke to a friend of mine today who was sponsored by rite aid and is now working in ohio. last year she got her approval notice in July. so she adviced me to just relax and wait. Just that i get anxious easily. so i will wait. not that i can do anything else!!!.

I thank God for His goodness, I checked my status online and it says there approval notice sent on June 15. I got RFE on May 2, and on june 2 my case processing was resumed. I tried to contact riteaid when I saw online that i have an RFE but they just told me that RFE is common and to wait patiently. I was not informed of what was the RFE all about. I just pray hard and wait for the approval. and I'm so happy to hear the good news. Do not be anxious, yours will come in His time. God bless us all.

Hi Evilchemist,

God is so good! I thank and praise Him because finally, when I checked my status online, it says that they just mailed the approval of my petition today.

I got an RFE for degree evaluation but riteaid took care of it.

I am sure your approval will be coming soon.
