Hi Jampharma,

I am in the same situation. Yesterday I emailed Mr. Ceasare, about my concern.
He emailed me saying that Rite Aid has received a little more than half of approval notices for the petitions they have applied so far. And that there is nothing yet for me to worry about, and to be little more patient.

So I guess our testing period is not yet over.
My batch is 145 and center - Vermont.

Hopefully waiting!!

hey sony07 thanks for taking up the task of asking rite aid. I appreciate it and yes i am now a little bit encouraged. we will receive our approval notice pretty soon.

Hi guys. i am so down right now. I am not working full time as a pharmacist, I am a medical representative for a drug company in my country, however i still work as a relief pharmacist in different pharmacies in the community. could this have an impact on my visa not being approved? I am asking because i still have not received approval for my h1b and time is running out on me. is there any hope for me? Can someone please help me with this.

jampharma, i know how worried you are. I guess, you should call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. I saw that number at USCIS website. For our petition, there's 2 months processing timeframe. It's almost July and yet, you have not received any decision. Just don't worry about it... maybe by calling that hotline, you'll know your status. Good luck!

And i appreciate your help and your enthusiasm, because even though you already got your approval, you are still online checking on things and checking on us who are still left wondering whats going on. Hi Jampharma,
Don't worry about working as a medical representative because I have a friend who works similarly like you and his has been approved, he only works retail on weekend. Last year persons didn't hear until mid July about their approval so you are not "running out of time". I would not advise you to call USCIS at this time but to wait some more bearing in mind what sony07 said. keep the faith

hi! just new here!my status online is still pending.but i recieved the email from mr. miller last june 10 that my case was approved and received the packet from riteaid last june 25. Hope everybody will recieve their approval soon!
