Please how do one apply for H4 for ones spouse and children?
With the H4 do they have to come to the US immediately or they could just be visiting for the next two years?

Please someone should clarify this to me in the house!

Go to the embassy with your wife,they will stamp h1 for you and h4 with them,their visa has an expiry same like yours,they have to use it before its expiry whic is usually one year or more

To make it easy for you,just send all the application for the whole family one time ie H1 +H4

H4 is a resident status like H1 but the only diff is there is no work authorization for H4.

were you contacted by the paralegal yet? when did you receive your receipt notice? mine was april 20 WAC 142 batch. I tried to email Mr Cesare but there is no reply or any advice from him yet. I am hopeful that everything will be resolved in due time. I believe that everything happens for a reason. I keep the faith that our petitions will also be approved soon.

This is my first post, My H1B was approved today. Batch # 144
Good luck for those waiting for approval. Just hang on.. you will recieve in a week or two.
Did any one received their hard copy of the approval from Rite-Aid? Please reply.

My H1B was also approved on uscis. Receipt# wac09-144-xxxxx. I have not received a hard copy of the approval notice yet.
