I haven't heard from the paralegal nor have tried to contact him. I am sure that he will get in touch with us should more docs are needed from us.

My notice date is April 22, WAC 143 batch.

I am entrusting everthing to God. "All things work together for good..." I hope and pray that our petition will be approved soon.

H4 is a resident status like H1 but the only diff is there is no work authorization for H4.

Do you know if an H4 visa applicant needs to fill up form DS 156 also or there is another form for them to fill up? Thanks!

Pls verify the details from thei US IMMIGRATION/CONSULATE (website) where you will be going for stamping cos I can not remember vividly which forms were filled .Just know that the most impt thing is the approval notice which you already have .

I received my Approval Notice from USCIS via email notifying that the approval notice was sent on MAY 12th. Received the Receipt Notice ON May 2nd, Batch 146. WAC, Regular, Undergraduate. We will ALL receive the Approval Notice soon. Wish all the very best!!!

Thanks winona! I am praying that we will all be in the US this year. It's good to know that pinoys will again invade the US!
