Thanks mirozoza...Yes I checked the website this morning and it is approved filed through California Service Center WAC 146.

Thanks for your encouraging words LarryPharm. James Wickens has contacted me. He told me that they will take care of the additional evidence requested by USCIS.

I know that in God's time, our petitions will be approved too.

I got my approval notice today by email. WAC-09-147 California Center. What happens once we know that our petition was approved?Has Rite Aid started to send the documents to us? Anyone who got the approval first have they received the documents?

Hi there,
Anyone knows what (or even wtf..) is going on with our petitions filled by RA? My case has been approved on May, 8th, and till now there is a permanent silence from the Company!!! Is it serious??? Doesn't look so.. For most of us it's a real hard time and it's really running!!! Are they going to inform us at the end of August?.. Sorry, this "train" is not for me... From the other side they spend $2320 for each case.. Perhaps we are out of something...

By the way, Is Janette Vietze still in the Rite Aid? She was pretty communicative but last mails were signed by other guys....
