After FPGEC Certificate

Dear Test Magic Friends,

Thanks for ever willing to share information with others. I have just recieved my FPGEC Certificate and and also aware that the filling for H1B Visa have closed for this year except if anyone have information for me on any firm still filling for H1B Visa now.
I looked up the Maryland State requirements for obtaining intern liscence and i was required to submitt the original copy of my FPGEC Certificate. My questions are:

1. Is there any thing i can do now to secure a sponsor for HIB Visa or do i have to wait for next year?
2 Will the Maryland State return my original copy of FPGEC Certificate after issuing the intern liscence?
3 Any information of doing the internship in a hospital and what is involved?

I think the h1b filing is not yet closed.. Because until now.. the cap has not been reached. Maybe, you can still search online for employers that are still accepting applicants.
