Well guys ,it seems no one understands how USCIS works.I found petitions with batch 145 approved even though they are with a bigger reciept no. than mine .in the same time you can find petitions with batch no. 142 still pending.
IF ANY BODY UNDERSTANDS HOW THEY WORK PLS TELL US ALL .

I checked randomly and I could not see any application approved in Vermont centre. Did you see 145 batch in Vermont centre petition got approved? or its California centre, What is the code EAC or WAC? Mine is 145 batch with Vermont centre.

Yes I saw a case approved in Vermount center 145 ,but it may be of premium processing. I checked randomly and I guess they are processing batch 142 now.But the strange thing that you can not find any petitions approved datet yesterday !

a friend of mine with batch no.146 in california center got approved.If you check status on line you find that california center has processed cases till batch 147 . while vermount center still stuck with cases on 17 April . Is vermount center closed or they do not update their status on line ?
PLESE IF ANYBODY GOT APPROVED IN VERMOUNT CENTER POST AND TELL US .

My case is also being processed at the Vermont center, however, my employer received a courtesy copy of an approval notice last week but neither my lawyer nor i have received anything yet.

Checking my status online, it states case received and pending.

This seems strange to me. If i did not see the mail that my employer received from USCIS with my name and Approval notice, i almost wouldn't believe it.

However i did see it. Does anyone know what is going on? This was under regular processing.

Hi Pearl004,

I guess you are all set. Congrats! Your lawyer will probably get the documents soon. Maybe the website is not updated very frequently (that's my only explanation).

What is your batch number? I am also in MD, whereabout in MD are you?

I read that the USCIS do not update their website ,and batch 145 is allready approved on 14 may . But they send approval notice by mail to your employer.

APPROVAL NOTICE SENT!

Just received a mail from my lawyer informing me that they have received my H1B approval Notice. I am indeed grateful to God.

I am convinced that all genuine applications will receive approval this year! Just hang on, it will come through for you as well. EAC091485*********Regular non masters petition.RA.
Website still reading "case received and pending" as being speculated -that the website is not updated regularly.

congratulations Nunaya , when is the date of your approval ,and how long did it take the USCIS mail to reach your lawyer?
