Yes I agree to your last statement. However there are two ways to look at it, suppose I am a bachelor, I will not mind a small remote place that much, but once you have family and kids and you have better options then you should go for it,very few and you are lucky to get 2 H1b's.
If you do not like the place where you have been allocated then I guess you can try for a transfer of H1B after you have become a pharmacist.My advise is whether you like the place or not, do your internship and become a registered pharmacist and then you will have a lot of opportunities open for you.
