Guys , I am supposed to be sponsored by Rite Aid for H-1b . I can see that all of you sponsored by Rite AID received their receipt notices and most of you got their approval notices . I need help or advice regarding my case I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM TILL THIS MOMENT SINCE APRIL 1ST , when the sent me an e-mail confirming that they sent my petition . I called MATTHEW Cesar last week to ask about receipt notices he said that there are about 17 or 18 petitions waiting for receipt notices and in a couple of days they might be set . I sent an e-mail to James Wikins , his boss , he didn't reply.
When I called him on the PHONE he was very upset about calling since they asked us not to call or send emails
Now I am in nightmare , not knowing what happened to my petition and in the meantime am unable to call them ?????
shall I call them and take the risk again or wait and be patient , does anyone of you knows someone in the same situation like me ?????
NEED YOUR REPLIES URGENTLY FOR GOD'S SAKE

Hi,
I do not if this might work or not but you can call the customer care number of USCIS and ask for your receipt number, but then you got to know at which service center the application was sent.I see most of them went to California service center and some when to Vermount Service Center.Check the blog GRE, GMAT, US Universities, Masters Degree, H1B Visa - Happy Schools Blog

In other forums I have found many people who are still waiting for their receipts. I would suggest you to wait some time before calling Rite Aid again.

I hope you will soon get good news!

If I were in your shoes,I would wait till the date rite aid stated they will conduct premium processing,and would not call them again.by then,you must hear from them.

In worst case senario,if your petition is lost,God forbid,they will be able to resubmit it...the quota is still open and will not close this year.

Hi

Today I contacted Ms. Robin Miller about premium processing. She said Rite Aid is not doing premium processing for new H1B visas.

I have not received approval notice yet. But I have receipt notice.
