After FPGEC: Internship registration in NJ (help)

Hello guys,

I need your help again, I tried checking New Jersey Pharmacy board website for it, but can't find information.
I have an FPGEC certificate and am willing to do an internship in New Jersey. Could anyone tell me, what are the steps now? If I want to apply for H1B visa, do I need a sponsor first and then he will file for my Intern Application? or how does it work? Also, tell me what are the timelines for the board to issue an Intern License? Do we have to wait to get a license before we get visa? I am sorry if this has been answered, but I can't find information anywhere. Please help me.

And the main thing, do I still have time for this year's H1B visa application?

PS: I don't have SSN either, so that deficiency letter thing applies to NJ board also, or each board has a different process?

Hi Agrawal,

You need to submit a notarized copy of your fpgec certificate together with a letter requesting an application for registration as an intern in pharmacy. Make sure to include mailing address in your letter.

Once you receive your application, it gets complicated for you since, from what I understand, you need sponsorship. The application form asks specific questions like the date you plan to begin your internship, which pharmacy you will be training, and the name and registration no. of the pharmacist who will supervise your training.
