Before, POEA had this name hire thing( I hope my memory serves me right) wherein they allow a certain number of filipinos to be exempted from going through a recuiter. If your agency has not reached that quota yet, good for you. I am not sure if they still allow this though. POEA has a list of accredited medical clinics for the medical exams.

I think the exams/tests will comprise of the usual ones: blood, urine, stool, etc. I will be doing it next week so I can't share with you any detail yet.

Hi epi_exam! No need to worry... I was also told from the start that eventhough I had my petition in Tennessee, there is a possibility that they will relocate me to Kentucky. With the kind of economy in the US now, everything is possible... at least we still have the job offer! Anyway, they have a lawyer to take care of the changes in our petition to USCIS so it will be ok. Those things are just minor changes for we are still under the same company that petitioned us. I was really advised that things will only be definite by 1st week of Sept. So, I will only plan on certain things by next month.

hello, my husband and i will also be working for rite aid. we recently got our passports' stamped with the working visa. i will be assigned in oroville, ca while my husband in paradise, ca. currently, we are still waiting for the e-mail from james regarding on the next steps to be done. although, he informed me that they are still finalizing things with the field managers and will get back to me by the end of august.

Hi epi_exam! Unfortunately, we do not have relatives near Oroville or Paradise. My parents-in-law are in Fortuna while my cousins are in L.A.

hi guys!just wanna ask,do i need to submit all original requirements to ECE?I have 1 original School transcript TOR,1 Authenticated Diploma and 1 certificate of graduation.It is required to submit 2 copies each,is it ok that i submit photocopy for 1 copy each?since i will pass also the original.

ECE only requires a copy of your trasncript and diploma. You should ask your College/University to put these in a University envelope signed and sealed by the University registrar. You can mail the envelope to ECE together with your payment.
