Hi there! I was already informed of my h1b approval and now waiting for the original documents from my employer. Hope I can also join this thread although my employer is Kruse Staffing and not Rite Aid. I just don't know anyone from our country who is also petitioned by Kruse. Please keep us posted on your scheduled interviews at US embassy in Manila. God bless us all!

Hi Epi, So you mean, after the visa stamping we still need to go through POEA processing?

Based on the information I have gathered, during my friend's processing of employment with RiteAid, in 2007 they were assisted by an accredited POEA Agency here in the Philippines named September Star.

RiteAid did not mention anything in their approval packets what's next after the visa stamping.

Hello Everyone,

I am still waiting for the approval of my petition. I got an RFE regarding my degree evaluation. Rite has already sent the reply.
I hope and pray that the approval will be coming soon.
Congratulations to those who already got their approval packets.
