What's wrong with this forum? I've never asked a question and get an answer for it.

Hi there! The lawyer of your employer will be the one to assist you in the documents that should be submitted to USCIS. For me, they send me a list of the documents that I should give them. From what I remember, that includes - fpgec certificate, fpgee score, toefl-ibt, pharmacy license (from your country), ECE, transcript of records, college diploma, contract and offer letter by your employer, resume among others. A lawyer is the best person who knows everything about this. But I hope, I have given you an idea of the things needed.

Thanks for help guys. But I don't think that I will need a visa since I am already in that states on a student visa.

Do you think that the Fpgec certificate is enough. or I have to show them my scores ? since the certificate is a proof that I passed the Fpgee & Toefl.
Also when I applied for The fpgee I didn't go through the ECE.

You don't submit anything to immigration yourself. Only employer can do it for you. Also, you mentioned that individual pharmacist will sponsor you. Did you have in mind individual pharmacy? Pharmacist can't do it for you. Be careful.

I don't think that student visa will do any good for you. Do you have permission to work under you student visa? If not than how do you plan to work as intern and later as a pharmacist?

Hi,
You can get an offer letter from the employer( private pharmacy) and the payments for the H1 B fees have to come from employer then you can take it to an immigration lawyer and he can file for your h1b visa. If you are on f1 visa you will still need a h1b visa to work in the usa.
good luck
