Another Math; Please help!

How much 1% lidocaine is needed to fill an order for 30mg of lidocaine?

Please explain! Thanks!

pharmatiffany just joined TestMagic.
The 1% dosage means there's 1 g of lidocaine per 100 ml of solution.
So if you want 30 mg (0.03 g), you need 0.03 g x 100 ml/ 1 g = 3 ml of solution.
