Is it true? NJ doesn't allow internship transfer?

I am going to move to NJ next month (family relocation), and I just found out from the state board that NJ doesn't allow intern hour transfer from another state., is it true or just for FPGEC holders?

It's a shocking news to me since I just finished 1000 intern hrs here and plan to do a license transfer by NAPLEX score transfer. I'll be taking NAPLEX next week. Now they are saying that I either need to do another 1000 hrs of internship in NJ, OR I need to have 1000 hrs of PHARMACIST HOURS to do license transfer by recioprocity, but, man, I haven't received my license yet here in WA. Plus, I may wnat to transfer license to NY in a couple years, therefore license transfer by NAPLEX score transfer is definitely more desirable since NJ would then become my home state.

So, brothers and sisters, is it true that NJ is that picky and doesn't accept intern hrs from another state?
