Orwa just joined TestMagic.
Florida Intern License
If I do not have SSN, Can I get Florida Intern License? I hope they accept defeciency letter.
I passed the FPGEE but I could not pass the TOEFL. I always score 100-110 but I could not make it in the speaking(22-24).

Your help will be greatly appreciated
