Hi all, I am trying to get an idea of those who havent received their h1b visa as yet. I am still waiting on mine. anyone with any update?

Why don't you call USCIS customer service in order to check the status of your case since it's stated on their website that you can call after the processing time passed has passed without getting any updates

hey guys, i called USCIS today and my status has not changed. there is no update on my case. what do i do but wait and hope

Hi,
Try the infopass on the USCIS website and make an appointmnet to see an immigration officer in person if you are in the USA. Go with your receipt.

so its just nen 25 , sony07, and myself jampharma who are still waiting on h1b visa approval. running out of patience.

Congratulations to all those who are through with approval and have had their h1b stamped.It is now August 5 and still nothing from Rite Aid regarding h1b approval.The quota for this years lottery has not been reached, so what could possibly be the problem?
