Hi,
I got my intern licence last month and I am doing internship as volunteer. My H1-B is approved this year but will be effective rom 1st oct 2009. Presently I am on H4B so I am utilising my time by volunteer work in pharmacy. Its good to save time.. Regards |

NO Its not like that...Kruse has filed MY H1B in April 2009 and I am doing internship in another independent pharmacy as a volunteer...And Yes I had FPGEC at the time of filing...Even Kruse does filing on based of your FPGEE and TOEFL score report if u have fulfilled the required score...

Thanks for you reply, Hather. I just cleared TOEFL and I am waiting the FPGEC right now. It's good to know your experience since I am wondering whether I have to wait for my intern license to proceed with H-1B petition. So you mean I do not even need FPGEC to file the H-1B petition? That is even better as I can start the process right now since it takes time to get approved...

Is that so? In the offer letter that they had given me.. it was indicated that they can consider me for h1b petition but they will only file it to the USCIS upon completion of toefl and fpgee. But since I'm through with those, they filed my h1b last apr. So, I guess applicants will really have to complete both exams. Regarding the intern license, Kruse usually place interns in Tennessee - a state where there is no registration for pharm interns. So, no intern license needed.
