Iwant2c just joined TestMagic.
Anyone sponsored H-1B by an independent pharmacy?
I am in talk with an independent pharmacy and they are willing to sponsor my H-1B, but they never did it. Has anybody been through the same situation this year? How hard is it? Any answer is appreciated.

Hi, I am being sponsored by an independent pharmacy, but for an E-3 visa not an H1-B. However I think the application process is fairly similar. Your employer needs to petition for the visa on your behalf, and if you can afford it, it may be best to hire a lawyer to prepare and process the documentation to make it easier for your employer.
