Transfer from a US PharmD program to overseas....

Is it possible to transfer my credits that I've taken in a U.S. pharmd program to a school outside of the country?

I've taken most of the courses in the pharmD program and would like to transfer to a 5year bachelor's degree in pharmacy overseas (since 5-yr bachelor's is the minimum NABP requires), graduate with a pharmacy degree, then take the FPGEE and return to the United states to sit for the Naplex.

Is this possible? If so, which countries will accept my credits?
