Pharmacy Internship in central NJ

hi guys, I'm Mariam, I passed FPGEE , TOEFL, now waiting my FPGEC.
I have my green card, when to start looking for an internship opening? do I wait till I get the internship license ? or is it true what I heard that I need the trainer's signature on my internship application, so I need to have already found a job before sending back my internship application??
if so, can you guys help me by sending in the contact info for CVS, walmart, walgreens, riteaid or any other chains.
