Hi Levann,
I think that no foreign pharmacy graduate, except if you are an immigrant or a citizen, can be an intern unless you are authorized to work and that includes voluntary work. It means that you have to secure a working visa if your status, like H4 visa, doesn't allow you to work. What I observed in this forum is that people who are non-immigrants/US citizen/not allowed to work, take the FPGEE and TOEFL, then look for a sponsor to secure H1B visa, earn the required number of hours needed ,as the case maybe, then take the NAPLEX and MPJE. No NAPLEX and MPJE before H1B. I suggest that you consult a lawyer or somebody who knows more about the laws for clarification regarding your case. I hope you will resolve your issue so that the voluntary work you did as an intern won't be wasted but counted for you to be able to take the board exams. God bless. |

Thank you rogapal.I think so because when i applied for intern license with NJ they didn't ask me about any working authorization,and now after i submitted the hours the board told me that they will review and see if they will be able to let me register for the exam,i hope that they will accept it,do you know any contacft info for DM in new jersey,it doesn't matter any chain.
