I was contacted by my DM to be. However, I still can't get info about my pharmacy address, as well as when, where and to whom I have to report after arriving. I can't even start looking for the residency.
Does anybody have the same problem?
Also, is that possible that after internship and licensing we might have to move to the different area or even district? Or we're tight to the same area for the next three years since we start internships?
I don't mind the area but I need to know if I'll be moving after internship is done. Is that possible that they might not have a pharmacist position in the same area in the future?

hi Laura

I have a question. If u are contacted by DM then u should know where r u going....i mean he must DM of one district that is where u would go..................as far as i know it is u who chooses the district first and then apply to DM of that district. Why DM of his district would place u under someone else? why would he recruit for some other DM?

I know the district and I know where I'm going ( district) but I don't know the pharmacy location. I don't want to drive couple hours to work every day. I would like to rent residency in descant distance from work. I have to start working in a month, so I really need to look for the place to leave.
Angeli I was contacted via e-mail.
Durgae I don't have to apply to any DM. This pattern works when you're trying to get your internship and it works for people who don't need H1B ( Green Card or citizens). In our case, you might pick the district (if you're lucky) but can't choose the pharmcy. My location ( district) was already changed once and I'm getting tired.

HI LAura! They did not give you the location of the Rite Aid pharmacy? As to my case they already indicated the Store # and location from the start. Maybe they are still looking for a vacant store for you on your chosen state. Goodluck to all of us!I am still waiting for the email!

No they didn't give me store#. Just the location which was changed a week ago to a different one. I am under impression that you're the only person who knows the store #. That's good. Good luck to you too.

I also know my store # and I went to see the pharmacy right after the interview. The store # was also stated in the offer letter riteaid sent me.
