i was just wondering do other persons awaiting relocation updates from the other chains i.e. walgreens/ cvs have these deficiences in communication as with rite aid its really a poor reflection on rite aid part in terms of their managerial output.i am sure other prospective interns from the other organised chains do not have these poor issues.i mean its a month before their stated relocation and persons are not aware of their district managers nor their exact store location if we are having issues before even starting and at the end of internship u are being told to go to another state or go home then what are we to think 'how can we have confidence in this company. if i had the choice i would work for cvs or walgreens but i was not fortunate and i just feel in the long run all of us are treated like picker uppers like bounty.disposable and not reusable.

hi Guys
Barring a few, by and large the work locations would remain unchanged as mentioned in your respective I-129 petitions because changing a location off the district solicit an amended petition with additional paperwork and USCIS fee. I would say guys cool down just in case you haven't received any mails from your employers about change of location, you wont receive any at this point when there is barely little time left to carry out new paperwork stuff. You have all the good reasons to assume that your locations stay the same as in your petitions. Hope that makes sense. Dont be panicky. |

To critik. I couldn't agree more. Communication is totally poor. I had experience working for another chain and I have to admit communication was just excellent. If district manager isn't in the office ( vacation or some other reason) you receive system's notification about it also saying that he/she will reply when back. Another scenario is if it's impossible to answer to your question right away you're bein informed that he/she might need some time ( time is specified) to work it through. This is what I get used to. But as I said before... What do I know about being professional....
What I was told about CVS is that they're not fair with pay rate. Lets say two graduates being offered totally different salary at the same date of interview. The first one $44 another $53. The chain I worked before had big influx of CVS pharmacist one moment and this is what I was told. Also, they say that CVS makes you suffer by not giving enough of help ( technicians). It may vary state to state though. I tried Walgreen but they didn't have positions in the area where I have my intern license. But anyway excellent comment. TO pharm usa I also don't think that it will be changes in location that stated in I-129 petition however the area is big and by this time it's really helpful to know exact pharmacy you're going to work. Otherwise it's like... look at me arriving in the middle of nowhere and looking for my pharmacy and DM who even didn't bother to provide me with tel. number and pharmacy location. Do they really expect us to start October the first? To pharmagenious. I realize that they are busy, but DM should explain for example that he/she is looking what pharmacy to place me in and don't treat me with silence. Today I received an email from RA Regional Recruiter informing of my specific store location, name of my PDM and specific instructions before I'll start working. It's the same store # stated in the offer letter and I-120. Hope you will all receive your instructions soon! God bless us all in our endeavors!

Same here, I got an email from the Regional Recruiter specifying things on what we should do upon entry to the US. My store number is different from my original choice but is just an adjacent city, so it is fine for me. Hope everybody received the same info. Good luck to everyone!
