Transfer to canadian pharmacy school

I would like to know if I can transfer from a u.s. pharmd school to a pharmacy school in canada? I have taken some of the courses in the pharmd program.

My school is a 4 yr pharmD school here in CA and would like to transfer to a canadian pharmacy school and try to apply to take the naplex to practice in the u.s.

Does anyone have any information or the steps to do this? Please pm me or reply here.
