Rite Aid no leave policy
Hi all,
According to Rite Aid, new H1B Visa comers will have NO LEAVE POLICY for one year. I do understand that we all have to get our licenses as soon as possible. However, I have a very special event in 10 months and I can't take care of it in advance as they suggesting. I might need to leave the country for four days max. So, I was wandering is that really no-no situation or there is a chance that I'm gonna make it? After all it's not suppose to be a total slavery. Also time frame that we suppose to stay at the particular location seems to be getting longer. They stated 3-4 years before H1B application and now they're speaking about 4-5 years. Please, guys let me know what you think about these two issues and may be somebody could share an experience. Good luck for all of you Last edited by Laura.pharm : 2009 September 5th at 08:31 PM. |
