Foreign bachelor of pharmacy grads having 4 years after 2003 allowed for FPGEE

Hi All,

Please share your experiences if you have been allowed to write FPGEE having 4 years bachelors in pharmacy after 2003. For this, I am looking reply from the people only having 4 years bachelors after their high school and other education such as A levels or pre pharmacy before bachelors degree.
I have heard through this forum that some people were told by NABP that it depends on the individual's curriculum and not necessarily the 5 year rule. Please let me know if it's true and for real?
