Does someone know how to apply for CVS internship?? I am looking its website and International pharmacist is somehow disappeared.
I would appreciate any help

Hi Nida2008,

What I did, I called one of the local CVS store and asked for the hiring manager phone# or email. I talked to the manager and told him my situation.
Unfortunately they do not have fund for an intern. Hopefully you get luckier

you know in summer I found all the recruiters contact list in cvs website and saved it... but right know they completely eliminate that part of web site and you can not find international pharmacist section in the site... so I am afraid that they totally stopped hiring graduate interns and that's why they removed it!!!!!!!

Hi Nida2008,
I tried applying there too for my internship and a friend that once worked there even wrote to the person in charge of interns in MA.He was told they don't have positions for international Pharmacy graduates.This is sad, despite the fact that we have passed the exams required,then we have to go through this.It maybe different in your state.You may be lucky.

ya I guess they plan to hire only college students for internship...although I am sure about their answer, I will try

There is no harm in trying.Just send a resume ,your FPGEC and a cover letter to the recruiter in your district,if you dont find the link in their website.

Hi Nida,
It might make you feel better, that I called all the recruiters posted on that website and I sent my resume to them, and they never ever returned to email or called me back. That is why I decided to call the district manager and talked to him.

So you mean the name appeared on the list (for your state) is different from DM you find by local pharmacy asking? please advise

Yes, it was different. On the website they listed the recruiting managers phone#, email, etc..... They are responsible for a big area like central valley, or bay are, ...... but the person I talked to he was only responsible for the city where I live. Since I could not talked to the recr.manag. I called the DM, but I am sure the recruiting manager the one who makes the decision.
