Re: Welcome to the FPGEE forum
Hi everybody,
I'm a new member, and I'm happy to meet you at this forum. I came here about 2 years ago. I planed to take TOEFL and TSE before to take FPGEE because TSE is very difficult and my FPGEE may be expired before I could pass the test. Now those tests will be changed in September as I plan to take them in July. What a stress!..What will happen If I pass TOEFL but fail TSE ( or vice-versa)? ![]() Most of you passed some of those tests (TSE, TOELF or FPGEE), could you please give me some advice and information about them? Thank you very much ![]() |

Re: Welcome to the FPGEE forum
Anne,
Check this thread about the new TOEFL-TSE. As far as I know, there won't be TSE in July and Aug 2005.(not confirmed) http://www.urch.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19085 (new TOEFL will include Speaking part) For the next generation TOEFL-TSE, those who want to take TSE must retake both TOEFL-TSE. If the situation is the same, those who used to pay $125 to retake only TSE must pay over $200 and retake TOEFL-TSE. If the raters graded TSE as toughly as it used to be, I would say that the number of the test takers who want to take the test would reduce dramatically. Moreover, it takes some time for candidates and tutors to get used to the new generation TSE and do well on the new TSE. Knok

Re: Welcome to the FPGEE forum
Hi Knok,
Thank you for information. You're right about time to get used to the new generation TSE. I don't know what I will do now. I don't think I could pass the TSE before this June. I'm stuck in this changement. I see you file "find the justice", but I haven't taken TSE yet, so I have no ideas to write something. Regard. |

Re: Questions about the TOEFL, TSE, and FPGEE
Hi, Slangie
Check TSE forum for the details about TSE. You'll find a lot of good information. Material list was already posted yesterday by me. Yeah, you are right. It is like an oasis in a desert but you must be strong, otherwise the desert wind will blow you away from the oasis. If we have 10 people, we must unite to create the resistance to the danger. http://www.urch.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=39 Good Luck. Knok

Re: Questions about the TOEFL, TSE, and FPGEE
You post with the topic asking three exams. If you need specific information about FPGEE, please check FPGEE sub-forum.
