Hi folks!

Is there anyone having an intern license in WA state without SSN?
Do they give applicants a deficiency letter like Florida board?

Whom do I have to contact to ask various things regarding pharmacist license in WA board? Is there anyone who has e-mail address of the person in charge?

Hi, Rayph

Without social security number, Washington board of pharmacy doesn't issue pharmacist intern certificate but ofcourse they issue deficiency letter showing that we reviewed your application and examanation requirement and it shows that you are eligible to get pharmacist intern license but however according to section ....so..so.so...we require social security number, When you will provide social security number,we will issue your certificate. That kind of letter i got it from them. According to lawyer, this kind of letter is enough to apply for H-1B.

Anyway, for me situations has been changed lately and i have decided not to go in washington so further i have not inquired more about it. But if you still want to contact them, You can contact Diana of washington board. You can find phone number of board in the website of the board. She looks after the processing of applications. She is very nice helping lady.
