Hi ,
First of all, I thank everyone in this forum for their helpful tips. I got a lot of info for my tse from this site. I have passed my toefl & fpgee. I have also given tse on april 16. Hoping to get 50 on that I have already obtained a MI intern permit bcoz I am currently staying in MI.However, I will be going to India soon for atleast one year due to personal reasons. My question is :- After I clear all these exams, get my official Fpgee certficate etc, will companies be willing to sponsor my H-1 visa when I am in India? I mean, when I am located in India, how will they conduct their interview? Do any of you know anybody who has obtained a H-1 visa when they r staying out of the U.S.?If yes, which company was that? I will be very thankful for any input since this is going to be very crucial for my career. thanks in advance. |

Re: H-1 visa question for pharmacist
h1b visa is the visa granted when u r not in usa or not have any residence status in usa.so obviously u should be in yr home country when u apply or get visa interview with consulate.
companies take yr telephonic interview and file for u. ok ? have good luck and nice trip to india. |
