I want to send an effecient Fax containing the documents they need , so please can u help me in doing this i mean to include all the topics they want as i want to do it in a very offecial way so they can understand the situation and fix it without any more troubles and if erin can help us in doing this , i will be grateful and it'll be so nice of u .

Yeah, first, what all documents u need to send as proof, passport will be one, then what about ur school degrees, does that have same name as passport, or name given in TSE? You can show that too, right? Then, birth certificate name(if u have it)....did NABP say which documents they need to see? Have u thought about getting a notarized statement from the right authority saying that both are the same person? Please ask an experienced person where u can get such a document.....

Hi,
This letter is regarding your enquiry about my (last) name on TSE score report....I would like to clarify....
In TSE online registration, only two names(first name and last name) can be given...
In my country, we use the family name....(the right explanation...)
I provided my name as in passport for FPGEE...
After TSE online registration, I received the hall ticket, and when I took the TSE in...this place...on this day...reg.no: (give place, date, reg. no: of TSE), I did show my passport and clearly told the supervisor about my last name, I wrote it down on the TSE admission ticket, and the supervisor signed it, ...but when I received my TSE score report, ETS hadn't put my last name correctly...I immediately contacted ETS regarding this and they simply ignored my request...they said they could do nothing to help me...
I am hereby providing...so and so documents(name the documents u are attaching), as proof of my name, and also a notarized letter(if any) stating that both are the same person....
I request FPGEC to review these documents and kindly enter my TSE score on my FPGEE file.....

Thank u elsie so much , i can't find words to thank u but i do appreciate your help .
about the FPGEE documents , they all have the same name like my passport but TSE is the only different used name as i told u i just reserved the test on the net using my 1st name and my 3rd name only , i didn't use my full name which consists of 4 names .
I don't know how can i reach an authorized person to say that i'm the same person and if i used the fax , then i'll fax more than 1 paper including my passport !!!!
it's so annoying elsie and i really wish to end this subject .

Hi,
Whatever elsie has written is the write way of letting nabp know of your problem.I think its better to send this letter and supporting documents by US postal mail than sending it by fax.Hope it convinces nabp abt our situation.Now I am trying to concentrate on fpgee exam.

Hi,
One more thing there is notary person working in my husband's office(She notarised my fpgee form).She said she can't provide the notary letter unless fpgec asks her to do so.See if you can get hold of one notary but I think the supporeting documents including passport will be more than sufficient to prove to nabp our situation.

hi salvation888, don't forget to write your EE number on the letter and your sign should match with the original signature that u did in fpgee application form. Then only NABP will look into your request, anyways keep on asking ETS, make enough representations, if nothing is working...hire a attorney, he'll deffinately solve your problem@ couple of thousand dollars.

Thank u ananveen ,u know what i forgot how i signed the FPGEE application because i'm Egyptian and i always sign in Arabic language so it's really so annoying , they created a problem out of nothing and i don't know what's the benifit they will gain out of all these troubles like that weired TSE and such things of different used names .

hi elsie , I thank you so much for your kindness and i'm really wondering how can u be so caring for everyone , from all my heart God bless you dear .
well elsie , i sent them to ask what kind of documents they want me to send so they replied that they can't answer through e-mail and i have to phone them .
and u know since i'm in Egypt , it's now that easy to call long distant call
In the same time elsie i'm continuing contacting ETS and i was really angery with them in my e-mails so they replied that my case was sent to the appropriate area for review , and here i'm waiting trying to concentrate in my study as i'm travelling soon for the FPGEE exam , thx again elsie
