Please help me to find a way to solve my problem
I had my TSE exam on April 16 and i passed the test with score 50 but unfortianatlly they didn't use my correct name as it's on all my documents on FPGEE and the NABP sent me that my name on the score report is wrong , actually they used my reservation name which i used on the net and they didn't take the correction i made on the test day although the supervisor has signed the correction , I send ETS an e-mail to find me a way , they said they can't help me now , so anybody can help me please .
You all know that I can't immagine to go through this TSE exam again

when u reserved for TSE online, did u give last name and first name correctly?

I want to thank you elsie for your fast reply and your care , about my names , yes i gave it correctly but u know it's my 1st name and my 3rd name , as Egyptians we can use our 3rd name or 4th name as a family name so when i reserved on the net i used my 1st name and my 3rd name .
NABP is having all my names like 1st and 2nd , 3rd and 4th name as in my Passport so when they got my TSE score report , they send me that it's incorrect name .

So now, the last names in TSE and FPGEE do not match...
what is NABP asking u to do? Can u give any verification to convince them?

Well elsie , they just said that it's wrong name and i don't know what to do that's why i'm asking for help , what's makes me wondering is that as u know TSE is having my photo and my ID No on the registration form !!!
I wonder , isn't that enough for NABP to make sure that i'm the same person or what can i do ? u know what , this problem is bothering me a lot that i am not able to concentrate in my study for the FPGEE exam in June and that's why i do appreciate your helping replies to me , believe it or not I'm on the internet to follow your messages waiting for help .

I don't know anyone who had this experience. Sorry. Did u contact ETS by phone? Ask them and tell this is urgent. Email reply from ETS is sometimes inconsistent. I had that experience from ETS regarding another matter.
By the way, please focus on your FPGEE at the time, as the date is nearing. It was good if NABP could suggest some way. See, u have time to submit TSE score.
If anyone had this experience before, please post here.

I'd like to tell u to post this message in TSE forum too, as more TSE testtakers are viewing it, and if anyone had this situation....

Thanks again elsie but i did contact ETS and the replied that they can't help me and i have to contact FPGEE so i did by phone and they asked me to send a fax with documents and they will see and this is really makes me sick because it's not my mistake and now hems sent me a private message expecting the same because he has this kind of problem as well so elsie why they r doing this to us instead of facilitating the procedures they putting troubles on our way !!!!

Hi ,
I don't think ets can help in this matter.We have to tell fpgec regarding this.I am sending a letter describing my problem which is somewhat same like yours tommorow.Then will just wait for thier response.

yes hems , they said they can't help but it was not in a nice way , they do reply as if they don't care for people , i didn't like their reply , they even don't give u that sense of caring and I sent them an e-mail asking them why they r doing this to people and what is going to cost them if they correct the name specially that it's not my mistake and i did correct it on the day of the test and the supervisor signed the correction yet they r not ready to help in anything , I wonder why they react in this way !!!
about FPGEE i don't know why they create problems and they don't facilitate anything , i don't know what's wrong if they have the same ID No and photo but not the typical name specially in foregin countries we can use our 3rd name or 4th name as a family name !!!!!
it's really makes me sick uffffffffffff

It's good that NABP told u to fax the documents clarifying ur name. I guess it can be solved with NABP, if u provide the proof. NABP is asking this since in US, last name is imp in identifying a person. But since they said u could fax the documents with ur name, I hope they can understand when they see the signed letter from u. Same with hems too.
