There is a number given on Walgreen's website recently, it may not be the foreign recruiter's number. It might be general recruiter. Just in case, it helps

As I know, you need to provide them your FPGEE score report, TOEFL along with your application form and $40 to get intern license. After collecting 1000 hr, you can seat in for next licensure examinatons.
