H1-B sponsorship.
Hi!
This is my first post in this forum.For starter, I'd like to say hi to everyone. Secondly, I've just finished all the requirements to get FPGEE certificate.I'm waiting on that one. I need H1-B visa to start internship in Washington State.Is anyone in this forum from the same state and situation.I want to get in touch with those who reside in this state. you are going to need a sponsoring company to apply the H1b visa on your behalf.
time is indeterminable when looking for a company. some are not having enough luck with finding employers even with their fpgec cert are at hand.... but once a company starts the process (collecting documents, preparing the forms, fees, etc.), it may take about total of 3 months. once the INS receives the application, it takes about just a month to receive your H1b approval papers. just note that the INS will most likely close the windows for FY 2006 H1bs on Oct 1st, 2005. |
