Pharm Grads after 2002

Hi,
I am a graduate student from India. I passes my B.Pharmacy in India in Oct 2003 and as per the rules I am ineligible to write FPGEE and NAPLAX in USA can anyone suggest me way by which I can be eligible to that.

Thanks vinni, but I don't think they will suggest us. I think they will clarify doubts if we have but won't suggest us how to get there...Is there any other way to find out how we can qualify for the FPGEE and NAPLAX?

Hi Avinash,

If you did your Diploma in Pharmacy before your B.Pharm then there is some chance to take FPGEE..otherwise the only other option one can have so far is doing Pharm.D in U.S.A i.e 5 years again probably you can finish it in 3-4 years...doing M.Pharm or Phd doesnt give any eligibility to take FPGEE as per the rules so far. So think about it. Good luck.

Hi Avinash,

What Bhoji is telling is completely true. If you want to take Fpgec exam you got to study here for atleast 4 years(PharmD which is of 6 years course but they will waive you 2 years depending on your indian bachelors degree).

Then you get eligibilty to sit for naplex exam.

Doing M.pharm or any Masters course will not allow you to take the exam.

So make up your mind and take a proper decision..because pharmacy got so many specilizations.
