this is not just my two cents but also a fact:
if you are here in the US in tourist visa and apply for a working visa, you will still be told to leave the US, and apply for the working visa stamp at your home country. so if you overstay your tourist visa, there will be a huge risk of being denied because of your abuse of your tourist visa. so do it right the first time. |

Hi geofar,
i saw thy problem and thought of sharing u my opinion.Yet i dunno if u'r still in the US or u just left because as u mentioned, thy B-1 visa will be over on Oct 10th. NEVER OVERSTAY, because as everybody mentioned, if u overstay,u'll never be able to work as a pharmacist in the US, because the US doesn't employ illegal residents no matter if they need pharmacists or not.no matter if u'r a genous pharmacist! In my opinion, go back to thy country and try to have a sponsorship and comeback with H-1visa Or if u insist on staying here, go apply to an enlish school and get F-1 visa which is very easy to get,but just needs money.
