I need #2 for intern app in florida.

2. original eligibility notification received form the foreign pharmacist
graduate equivalency commission.

I already cleared FPGEE but I didn't keep the letter that I am eligible for FPGEE and I left the score report letter in my country.

I am temporarily in the US.

What am I supoposed to do?

plz help me...I appreciate your response.
