does anyone know how many years are served for an H1-B sponsored chain pharmacy after becoming a pharmacist?

Hi all,
I recd FPGEC certificate last month and since then i have applied in pharmacy chains in NJ area. I have work permit too but still i haven't got even 1 positive reply from anyone. everywhere they are saying that they are not hiring.
I don;t know what to do? I am thinking to do Internship in Pennsylvania, Delaware or Maryland area now. Can anyone suggest if that is a good idea. I cannot go for NY as they need NAPLEX cleared too.
In PA i guess i have to do 50% of internship in retail and 50% in hospital pharmacy, which is diificult to get (atleast thats what i have heard).
What are the rules for delaware and maryland area internship and how many hours.
Also, can i transfer my hours to NJ? Pls Pls help me. Pls suggest what should i do?

I have same question as pharmajay.
My lawyer told me that this is new rule from April 14 that they have to evaluate ur documentes from primary school to pharmacy degree i.e. Credential report.
To phramacist2005- Did you get any news from ur lawyer about this?
My lawyer told me that it takes 5-6 days and i am so much worried that within these 5-6days the H1B cap reached to its target.
Can anyone tell me that do i have still time if the company will file my H1B around 31st of may or first week of June. I will really appriciate if anybody can give me some idea about H1B quota. Does anyone in same boat as me?

so far my lawyer hasn't told me anything like that and my h1 has been filed. i just sumbitted the usual documents like my husband and my passports, visa copies, i-94, fpgec cetificate, univ degree copy, intern license-deficiency letter from ca board of pharmacy. rest was taken care of by the coporate lawyer of the company.

you can try giant pharmacy in maryland (annapolis area). also try to call or go and meet the independent pharmacies near the place you live.
